Hello beauties! We all want glowing, beautiful, and radiant skin! Well, here are 5 foods that will help you achieve that!

1. Red Bell Peppers

Contains Vitamin C which helps prevent aging and helps prevent skin damage.

It’s rich in beta carotene which turns into Vitamin A. This helps prevent aging and wrinkles. Spinach also removes dead skin!


3. Garlic

5. Pineapple
